Based at Yarmony Creek Ranch in McCoy, Colorado, the ranch is comprised of 350 acres of irrigated pasture. Yarmony Creek Ranch is located on one of the great scenic byways in Colorado, Highway 131. From the ranch there are majestic views of the Greater Flattops Wilderness which is home to the largest elk herd in the Lower 48. Conveniently located 40 minutes from the Vail-Eagle Airport and the world-famous ski resorts of Vail and Beaver Creek and 50 miles from the ski town of Steamboat Springs, Colorado.
We offer young foals for sale. All of our young horses have been handled since birth. They have gained experience with grooming in cross ties, loading in trailers and working in the round pen at liberty. We also give them show experience at the hunter breeding shows. Examples: shipping to the show, grooming, bathing, clipping, braiding and handling. We teach them their ground manners, providing them with a solid foundation for their future careers.
The Yarmony Creek Ranch in Walden, Colorado is a cattle and hay operation on over 11,000 acres
producing premium irrigated hay in the North Park area. Our hay is comprised of Timothy grass.
Yarmony Creek's Walden Ranch raises Registered Red Angus cattle and is a natural beef operation.
